Helping companies win in the digital, social & mobile age.

Whether business-to-business or business-to-consumer, communication has become more complicated in today's world of mobile phones, social networks and fragmented audiences.

In 2012, U.S. consumers made $8 billion worth of retail purchases via smartphones. There's no denying it: this is a new age of communication. If you want to compete, you need a partner who can leverage the latest technologies and integrate an effective digital communications strategy with your overall marketing efforts. You need someone who understands these changes and can use them to your benefit. You need BlueView, a true digital agency.

Case Study

Background

Founded in 1947, Autoquip is a leading manufacturer of material handling equipment, offering the broadest product line in the industry and serving customers worldwide.

Market Opportunity

To develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, boost sales and improve the customer service experience - all while reducing the overall cost of handling customer inquiries and orders.

BlueView Response

BlueView developed analytics to measure the performance of Autoquip's existing online digital assets, creating baseline data for use in evaluating new tactics. In addition, we performed an extensive assessment of leading industry sites to gauge the competitive environment. Using this information, we developed and executed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy which included a website based on a custom user-experience design. A main component of the new site was a robust product database searchable by product category, industry application and model number. This, combined with digital marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, search engine marketing and e-mail marketing integrated with traditional and tradeshow marketing, allowed us to gather metrics which showed increased leads and orders along with a reduction in the associated handling costs.

Case Study

Background

Launched as a college-town bar in 1975, Eskimo Joe's has grown into a highly successful destination/attraction business and world-renown retail brand.  The company not only operates three thriving restaurants, including the original Joe's location, but they also market one of the most collected t-shirts in the world.

Market Opportunity

To enhance the company's online presence to more accurately reflect the brand experience of the client's physical retail and restaurant locations.

BlueView Response

BlueView conducted a series of site visits, clientele observations and meetings with the ownership team and key personnel from operations, marketing and sales.  With these insights, we developed a strategic creative brief to guide the development of alternative website designs that would extend the company's brand experience to their online audience.  The design we executed included architectural elements of the locations, and incorporated food and product images, plus a sampling of events and entertainment.  To further enhance the online experience, we also included a live webcam view of the famous Eskimo Joe's to deliver the vibe of "Stillwater's Jumpin' Little Juke Joint" to users worldwide.
